BattleKart Loyalty Program – General Terms and Conditions

  1. General

The BattleKart Loyalty Program allows customers to receive a free game after playing multiple times, under the conditions set out below. By participating in the Loyalty Program, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions.

  1. Operation of the loyalty program
  • For each BattleKart game played, the player receives one stamp on their BattleKart customer card.
  • After four (4) games played, the player receives one (1) free game.
  • A game is only considered valid if the player enters their email address before or during the game.
  • Games for which no email address has been registered are not eligible for a stamp on the customer card.

The BattleKart loyalty card is always linked to one unique email address. Only games played using this email address are eligible for earning stamps.

  1. Allocation of stamps & use of email addresses

If several players participate in the same session using a single shared email address, only one stamp will be granted on the loyalty card linked to that email address.

If several players participate in the same session and each uses a different email address, each player will receive one stamp on their own loyalty card linked to their individual email address.

  1. Conditions for the free game
  • The free game is not granted on the same day the fourth game is played.
  • The free game can be played starting no later than three (3) days after the fourth game has been played.
  • If the free game is not used within a period of twelve (12) months, the entitlement to the free game expires.
  • The free game cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers, unless otherwise stated.

If a loyalty card is fully stamped (4 stamps) and the customer plays and pays for an additional game on the same day (as the free game cannot be played on the same day), the customer may receive a new loyalty card. One stamp may be granted on the new card for this additional paid game, pending the use of the free game.

  1. Validity and use of the customer card
  • The BattleKart customer card is valid in all participating BattleKart XP centers.
  • Each center uses its own stamp bearing the initials of the center.
  • The customer card may be issued to all customers, including those participating through B2B bookings.
  • The card remains the property of BattleKart and may be refused or withdrawn in the event of misuse.

  1. Employees

No stamps are granted to BattleKart employees. Games played by employees are considered free and are not eligible for participation in the Loyalty Program.

  1. Registration and verification
  • BattleKart reserves the right to monitor and verify the number of games played via the registered email address.
  • In cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or irregularities, BattleKart may refuse or terminate participation in the Loyalty Program.

  1. Liability
  • BattleKart is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the customer card.
  • In the event of a dispute, the data recorded by BattleKart shall be binding and decisive.

  1. Amendments
  • BattleKart reserves the right to amend or discontinue the Loyalty Program and/or these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  • The most recent version of the terms and conditions is always available on the BattleKart website.
