Formulas available from 8 children. Reservations must be made at least 20 calendar days before the desired date using the form below. The reservation is confirmed by our team.
The reservation request must be submitted at least 20 calendar days in advance. Once we receive your request, our team will check availability for your chosen date and time, pre-reserve the room and the track, and send you an email with a request for payment for the activity. The reservation will be final after payment for the activity is received, no later than 15 calendar days before the party.
In the event of a cancellation after payment, we will offer to reschedule the party for a date of your choice, or provide you with vouchers for the full amount.
Starting at age 1, supervised by an adult in their kart, children can already try out the game. The size of the karts and the speed of the game are suitable for children up to 10 years old. For older children, we recommend they try the adult version of BattleKart if they are taller than 1.45m.
Yes, you are welcome to bring a cake as long as you let us know in advance! We recommend bringing your own knife to cut it. We will provide paper plates for the children. The price of the package you’ve chosen will remain the same.
Regardless of the children’s ages, at least one adult must accompany and supervise the group for the entire duration of the activity. For children under 4 years old and to ensure the birthday party runs smoothly, we recommend that each child be accompanied by an adult: they may not yet be independent enough to operate the kart on their own.
When viewing the photos on the kiosk, simply scan the QR code to display the photo of your choice on your phone and then save it.

BattleKart Family birthday parties are organized for groups of 8 to 16 children. You can adjust the number of participants up to 72 hours before the party by contacting us by phone or email: canceled spots will be refunded, provided the minimum of 8 children is met. To ensure the best possible experience, the maximum number of participants is set at 16 children.
We reserve a private table for your child’s party. After the guests arrive and are seated, the children play a round on the dance floor. They then return to the table for snacks, drinks, and the gift-giving ceremony. After about 40 minutes, the remaining game(s)—depending on the package you’ve chosen—will be played. Participants can also take photos on the podium. The table is reserved for 1.5 hours with the Maxi Fun package and 2 hours with the Mega Fun package. Of course, you’re welcome to enjoy the bar beyond that time!
We can place a few candles on the birthday child’s donut or waffle (depending on the package you choose). You are also welcome to bring your own candles.
No, as chaperones riding with the children in their karts, or of course as adults supervising the group, no payment is required.
