1.1 BattleKart Europe SA with offices located at 63 B9 rue du Valemprez, 7711 Mouscron (Belgium) registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank of Enterprises (BCE) under number 0525.657.054, hereinafter referred to as BattleKart Entertainment, operating a website with the address https://www.battlekart.com/ (hereinafter the “Website”).

ARTICLE 4: PURPOSE OF THE DATA PROCESSING

4.1 The Data that we collect is used to process your participation in the BattleKart games. It is also used to improve the services that we propose by informing us of your interests concerning the operations, the performance and the support of our services.

4.2 We may use the Data collected ourselves or through various supports with the aim of promotional, commercial or informational communication. In this context, to allow you to achieve more through the Website and to keep you informed of new developments as well as our best promotional offers of the moment, we can propose free information letters. Unless you object, if you have used the services of BattleKart, we can send you emails with information about the use of the Website as well as our promotional offers.

4.3 We may also use this Data for the purpose of studies aimed at improving our services.

4.4 We may also be obliged to divulge your Data if it is necessary in order to (a) respect the applicable laws or to respond to an order or an injunction from the Courts and Tribunals, or to (b) protect and defend our rights or those of the Website users.

4.5 We may share your personal Data with our direct marketing Partners by email, if you choose to receive our promotional communications. In all cases, we will take all reasonable measures to ensure that these companies respect this Policy. Our policy is to prohibit these companies from using your Data for any purpose other than to provide the products and/or services specifically requested by BattleKart.

4.6 We will also transfer your Data to our ERP/invoicing software provider, with the purpose of ensuring the provision of services through our website. Our database and website development administrators naturally have access to your data but can only use them for testing the website developments.

4.7 We may “anonymise” the Data by removing personally identifiable elements such as the name and email address, and grouping the data to use it in the context of market studies or other professional purposes. We may then divulge this anonymised information to third parties.

4.8 Aside from the cases described in this article, we do not allow the sale or the transfer of Data to third parties without your approval. The managers of BattleKart franchised centres will be able to carry out searches on a user in our database.

5.1 You have the right to object to the processing of your data as well as to their use for prospecting, in particular commercial prospecting.
